Regarding the silica references (Death and Aliens Part 2). I use food grade diatomaceous earth. It’s cheap and according to Dr Eric Berg (telegram) a good source of silica for the body. It also has an added benefit of being deadly to some gut parasites. The only side effect so far from my daily use is that my nose clears and my breathing is easier. No idea how or why it happens.
